Cut shrimp into small pieces.
Combine with onions and green onions.
Add in all seasoning ingredients and mix well with a spoon.
Take a little bit of mixture into hands and form into a ball.
Coat in flour, egg and panko in that order.
Fry in hot oil (180 degrees C) until crispy and golden brown.
To make the tartar sauce, coarsely mash the boiled eggs.
Add in mayonnaise, gerkins, salt, pepper and butter and mix well.
Serve tartar sauce with shrimp.

I made this tonight for my kids. They loved it. It was very easy.
Great Dish! Have been making this for years and it never fails to all get eaten up.
I made this yesterday not 5 minutes after I saw the recipe.
Unfortunately it is not in my taste.I do not recommend it.
